Write to support@lawspeak.online. Tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected. Please do not attach a real contract — a description, or a synthetic example, is enough.

No. LawSpeak describes what a document says. It does not tell you what to do, and it is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer. See the terms of use.
Not unless you switch on cloud analysis and consent to it. Even then, only the recognised text is sent — never the page photographs — and it is not stored after the analysis. See the privacy statement.
Because no reviewed source in its registry supports that point for the jurisdiction you selected. LawSpeak will not name an article or a law it cannot back up, so it tells you the gap exists instead of filling it with a guess.
Because a percentage would suggest a precision that no automated reading of a contract has. Low, medium and high describe how clearly the document supports what is shown — nothing more.
Settings → Retention and delete. You can remove a single analysis, or everything at once. Deletion is immediate and local; there is no copy on a server to also delete.
Recognition can misread a page, especially a photograph taken at an angle or in poor light. You can correct the text on the review screen before the analysis runs, and your correction is kept.
